主要从事有机光功能材料分子的设计合成以及在肿瘤、细菌感染等疾病上的诊断和治疗。主持和参与国家自然科学基金、浙江省自然科学基金、浙江省教育厅一般科研项目、温州市基础科研项目等。已在Small, Chem. Eng. J., J. Energy Chem., Mater. Design, Anal. Chim. Acta, Talanta, Mater. Chem. Front., Sens. Actuators B Chem.等期刊上发表相关SCI论文27篇,其中以第一作者和通讯作者发表23篇。指导学生获得全国大学生生命科学竞赛三等奖。
